A lovely original poem by yours truly!
Fertile Myrtle had a baby,
She loved with all her heart.
Megan had two lovely dogs,
and the smell of their rotten farts
.
Myrtle thought that life was great,
with her little baby girl.
Megan takes 2000mg of Met at night,
that REALLY makes her hurl.
Myrtle loves walks in the park,
with her baby Maggie Sue.
Megan wakes up and checks the time,
and temps her hooty hoo.
Myrtle loves to watch in awe,
her baby sleep so quiet.
If Megan hears one more person say relax,
watch your face because she'll BITE IT!
Ahhhh Infertility...you dirty beast!
I've tried soy....BUST...I've tried weight loss....BUST (damn PCOS you make it hard!) I've tried baby psychics...WRONG...I've tried Clomid....WORKED but lost the baby and wouldn't you know it, I can't take that until November because of the friggin' insurance companies. Well ladies I'm out of options...
BUT WAIT...
I haven't tried Fertil Aid!!
Fertil Aid is "supposed" to balance out your homrones and support a healthy reproductive system...hahaha yeah ok... but what do I have to lose?! I have to wait until November anyway you look at it so why not. It's about $30 a bottle and you take up to 3 pills a day with meals. Ladies this might be my light at the end of the tunnel.
I'm not going to take my Met anymore because as anyone who is currently taking Metformin knows "IT'S THE DAMN DEVIL!" It hasn't done shit for me except for MAKE ME shit...literally...after taking it and eating ANYTHING I'll be on the toilet for the rest of the night. I know that is TMI for most but I'm serious I just can't take it anymore. Sooooo I'm trying Fertile Aid. Bad thing is the ONLY place I can get it is online or a 45 min drive to Peoria. Ugh.....so Mike and I are going to trek back over to Peoria to pick some of it up. We had already made a journey over to Peoria this past Monday to pick up Pre-Seed (DAMN I LOVE THAT STUFF).

You crack me up! Great poem! I know all about the dog farts...my dog was killing us the other night. He smelled like fish! OMG it was awful. He gets fish azz now and again and it cracks me and the hubby up because he will lay by one of us and we will have to move! So we trap each other with the dog and his smelly butt! LOL
Damn insurance companies, I agree. I wish you the best of luck with the new med...I hope it works. If it does, I may try it. My hormones are out of whack. I have a damn beard! PCOS Sucks
As for Met...ughh it was awful. I was only taking 1500mg and it took about a month to really get used to it. I am starting back up on it soon and not looking forward to it. But don't give up on it. I read about so many ladies getting pregnant just on Met alone.

As for the Met..I'm on the XR, so it's a lot better on my body. Not everyone can deal with that. But you're right- take yourself off of it if you're putting yourself in pain.

I too have a damm beard and hate it!!!
I took myself off the Met, too. It just wasn't worth being so sick all the time, and I was sick of putting chemical stuff in my body. Good luck with the fertilaid. I thought about trying it, but someone said that taking Vitex and a PreNatal vitamin is the same thing? I dunno.. I guess we'll both be seeing how they work soon enough!
